Dreams become reality

At long last. The day we've dreamed of for years. Our last one graduated from college today.
It's been a long road from car seats, to tricycles, playgrounds & picnics, sports, bag book reports, braces, driving permits, dating, and sending them off to the dorms.
What an exciting time for the boy. He's ready now to start fulfilling his own dreams, and they are big ones. I'm so happy for him and know he'll have a wonderful life.
I'm not going to tell him that you can't make a u-turn at the end of the road. It might make him a little sad and today is a day of celebration.

Must have brought tears to your eyes to see Joe standing up there. What an honor for him. I'm sure it brought about alot of reflecting while you were sitting there watching him at the podium. Would you have ever guessed this for him when he was just a little thing? See you all on the 20th.
